Welcome to Alyan. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Placing an Order

  • Add items to your cart and complete checkout.
  • We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order.
  • We can cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price is wrong, or your details are incomplete.

Prices

  • All prices are in [PKR].
  • The price at checkout is your final price.
  • Prices can change at any time.

Payment
We accept [Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa]. For online payments, we process your order once we receive the payment.

Delivery

  • Orders usually arrive in [3-5] working days.
  • Delivery charges (DC) are shown at checkout.
  • Please give us the correct address and an active phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details or an unreachable customer.

Cancelling an Order
You can cancel before your order is shipped. Contact us at [email / WhatsApp number]. After shipping, you can't cancel, but you can return the item under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refused COD Orders
If a customer keeps refusing Cash on Delivery orders without a good reason, we may stop accepting orders from them.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Photos and Colors
Colors may look a little different in real life because of lighting and screen settings. Small differences are not a defect.

Rules for Using Our Website
Please do not:

  • Place fake or prank orders.
  • Copy our photos, text, or logo.
  • Use the website for anything illegal or try to harm it.

Our Responsibility
We try our best to keep the website and products accurate, but we can't promise it will always be error-free. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We use your name, phone number, and address only to process and deliver your order. We never sell your information. We share it only with delivery and payment partners when needed.
